Sports and Physical Education

Physical activity promotes two objectives. (a) keeping one healthy and (b) for enjoyment.

The Gil Carter Initiative believe that physical activity:

  • Promotes discipline

  • Promotes self Esteem

  • Creates Clarity

  • Heightened Healthy Awareness

  • Improves  Energy

  • Balances Hormones

  • Increases the Ability to Concentrate

  • Build stamina 

  • Control Weight

All participants are encouraged to learn and implement these principles in their everyday lives.


Activities includes but not limited to

Baseball

Tennis    

Swimming

Exercise
